Electronic Case Management

Supporting service providers in effectively responding to and monitoring students' needs.

In this 20-minute overview and demo, CEO, Darryl Denyes, will show you how you can use clevr to efficiently manage wait lists and track professional assessments — in just minutes — to deliver services in a timely and equitable way.

You’ll learn why 140 + school districts are using the same platform to improve collaboration and communication between clinicians, therapists, social workers and others involved in providing specialized student services.

Why you should join our demo

You'll learn how other school districts have benefited from an Electronic Case Management system designed for specialists (school psychologists, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers) to maintain centralized, electronic wait lists at the district level. You'll also learn:

  • How to track all professional assessment data and related forms and workflow in one integrated system.
  • How to develop and/or enhance a district-wide information system that would track data, processes and practices related to conducting professional assessments
  • How to track the timeliness of referrals and assessments across schools for all students
  • How to maintain a centralized, electronic wait list at the district level to monitor and manage wait times
  • How to integrate student IEP data to directly populate clinical referral forms
  • How to use data to respond to professional staff shortages; and complete assessments more efficiently
  • How reports can be used to implement a plan to clear backlogs
  • How to easily identify incomplete documentation that would prevent or delay services
  • How an electronic case management system can enable multiple clinicians access to forms in real-time
  • How to integrate data fields across multiple forms e.g. consultation notes can auto-generate a contact log entry
  • How to improve accessibility and collaboration between clinical support staff, teachers, administrations and parent/guardians.
